On June 30, 2010 the public was invited to attend an information and input open house at the Carson City Community Center regarding the Carson City Center Project, also known as the Nugget Economic Development Project.  The Community Center lobby was used to display concepts and the community was asked to provide feedback.  P3 Development's architectural team presented a concept master plan showing placement of proposed public and commercial facilities on approximately eight downtown acres, primarily located on existing surface parking lots behind the Carson Nugget.
