Quality of Life Survey

Post Date:04/08/2011 4:15 PM

Cooperative Extension is working with Carson City to gather input from the public regarding priorities in public services.  As we are all faced with shrinking budgets, it's vital that those charged with providing you services know what is important to you.

We would greatly appreciate your input.  This online survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

Click here to complete the survey --

The due date for the survey is Monday, April 18, 2011. To thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, we are holding a drawing for ten $25 Costco Cash cards. When you complete the survey, you will be given entry information. We welcome anybody that lives and/or works in Carson City to help us focus on what it takes to build the best community quality of life possible!

We are also hosting three final Public Input Sessions:

April 11

5:30 p.m.

Sheriff's Office

911 Musser Street

April 13

5:30 p.m.

900 North Roop Street

April 14

7:00 p.m.

Business Resource Center

108 East Proctor Street

At these half-hour sessions, City personnel will explain the various services offered by Carson City to create a positive quality of life. Attendees will be asked to rate the importance of these services to themselves and our community. Attendees will also be asked whether they feel the City is adequately providing these services. While the results of this study will be shared with the Board of Supervisors, individual responses will remain completely confidential. Carson City residents are invited to be a voice for the quality of life in Carson City. Join us at one of these final sessions. Please RSVP to, or call the Carson City Cooperative Extension Office at 887-2252 to register to attend.
