Greening William Street Presentation
"Greening America's Capitals"
The Greening East William Street design charrettes were conducted September 28-30 under the “Greening America’s Capitals” program. The resulting designs are intended to improve pedestrian and bike facilities, include green infrastructure that reduces stormwater runoff and localized flooding, improve water quality, and improve the general appearance of the commercial corridor. The area of design focus includes William Street between Carson Street and the I-580 Freeway.
