Preliminary Results were presented at the April 18th and the June 20th Board of Supervisors meetings.
CCHHS provides many services to the residents of our community, from promoting healthy lifestyles and protecting the health of our residents through immunizations and disease investigation to providing county welfare and animal services regulation and sheltering.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office will be hosting the Citizens Academy from May 1 to June 26, 2013. Participants will learn about patrol operations, arrest procedures, defensive tactics and units specializing in abatement, illegal drugs and reducing graffiti.
Health & Human Services and Parks & Recreation have teamed up to promote public health through the Trail to Good Health.
The Carson City Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the first Citizen Fire Academy beginning APRIL 4, 2013. All applications must be turned in by Friday, March 22, 2013. Must be 18 years or older.
