4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of location for Package Liquor License (LIQUOR-006608-2021) for Carson City Grocery Outlet Bargain Market to 2100 E William Street, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve a change of location for the Package Liquor License for Jawurek Enterprises LLC dba Carson City Grocery Outlet Bargain Market to 2100 E William Street, Carson City, NV 89701.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a Dining Room with Beer and Wine Liquor License (LIQUOR-006824-2021) with Manpreet Kaur as the liquor manager for Flavors of India located at 240 E Winnie Lane, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Dining Room with Beer and Wine Liquor License with Manpreet Kaur as the liquor manager for Manpreet Kaur dba Flavors of India at 240 E Winnie Lane, Carson City, NV 89706.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a Package Liquor License (LIQUOR-006804-2021) with Patrick Duncan as the liquor manager for The Beer Studio LLC located at 1223 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. Late Material 02.01.2022

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Package Liquor License with Patrick Duncan as the liquor manager for The Beer Studio LLC at 1223 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
