4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a change of location on an existing Tavern/Bar Liquor License (LIQUOR-004768-2020) with David Scott Tate as the liquor manager for Woody's Entertainment, Inc. dba Lucky Strike located at 2811 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve a change of location for the Tavern/Bar Liquor License with David Scott Tate as the liquor manager for Woody's Entertainment, Inc. dba Lucky Strike at 2811 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 8970. 

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Catering Liquor License (LIQUOR-007377-2022) with Michael Travis Legatzke as the liquor manager Birdhouse Group LLC located at 402 E Telegraph, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Catering Liquor License with Michael Travis Legatzke as the liquor manager for Birdhouse Group LLC located at 402 E Telegraph, Carson City, NV 89701.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Dining Room with Hard Liquor License (LIQUOR-007379-2022) with Emily Gonzalez as the liquor manager for Ruben Cortez Gonzalez dba Don Jose Bar & Grill located at 1301 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: Deny the Dining Room with Hard Liquor License with Emily Gonzalez as the liquor manager for Ruben Cortez Gonzalez dba Don Jose Bar & Grill at 1301 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701, based on the finding that Don Jose Bar & Grill is closed and is no longer operating.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
