4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Dining Room with Hard Liquor License (LIQUOR-007441-2022) with Rodolfo Martinez as the liquor manager for MARISCOS NAYARIT LLC located at 1301 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Dining Room with Hard Liquor License with Rodolfo Martinez as the liquor manager for MARISCOS NAYARIT LLC located at 1301 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a change of liquor manager for Liquor License (LIQUOR-004748-2020) with Kimberly Fiegehen as the new liquor manager for Gold Lock Corporation dba Glen Eagles located at 3700 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89703. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a change of liquor manager to Kimberly Fiegehen for Gold Lock Corporation dba Glen Eagles located at 3700 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89703 subject to the following conditions of approval..

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-007494-2022) with Obaid R Mobaligh as the liquor manager for M & J Family LLC dba Eagle Gas located at 2152 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Packaged Liquor License with Obaid R Mobaligh as the liquor manager for M & J Family LLC dba Eagle Gas located at 2152 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
