Pursuant to CCMC 8.04.127, the Court may use this funding to assist with a court program and to pay for needed treatment services. Substance abuse treatment is critical and an essential component of the Misdemeanor Treatment Court Program. Staff Summary: Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 277.180 allows the Authority and the City to enter into interlocal cooperative agreements. On May 17, 1990, the Authority entered into an agreement with the City that requires the City to "make available to Authority such officers, employees, facilities and equipment as requested by the Authority for the necessary operations and maintenance of the airport."
