Members of the public who wish to address the Open Space Advisory Committee may come forward and speak on matters related to the Committee. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion or action, please request the Chairperson to schedule the matter for a future meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

B. For possible action to: receive and accept public testimony as part of the National Environmental Policy Act scoping session for the Ash Canyon to Kings Canyon proposed trail project being conducted in partnership with the U. S. Forest Service , Muscle-Powered, and Carson City. (Ann Bollinger)
