Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion or action, please request the Chairperson(s) to schedule the matter for a future meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
