CITIZEN COMMENTS
Members of the public who wish to address the Carson City Shade Tree Council may come forward and speak on matters related to the Council. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion or action, please request the Chairperson to schedule the matter for a future meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

A. For Possible Action: Regarding the absence of any Council member from this meeting. The Council must vote to excuse or not excuse the absence of a Council member from any Council meeting. Council members are considered excused if they have notified the Council Chairperson and/or the Director of the Carson City Parks and Recreation Department of their absence prior to this meeting. When all Council members are present, there is no action on this item.

B. For Possible Action: To determine final preparations for the Fall Tree Care Seminar including status on speakers, presentations, and topics, as well as Council members’ duties.

A. Update on possibility of meeting with the City’s Information Technology Director, John Wilkinson, to reorganize the Shade Tree Council’s website.
