Parcel Numbering System

Below is the definition of the parcel numbering system and a guide to how to find the parcel you are looking for on the Assessor's Parcel Maps.

  These numbers represent a particular section of Carson City and are located in the upper right corner of the map. This parcel is located in Book 8. The Assessor’s office currently has the following books, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10.

  These two numbers indicate the page in a book and are located in the upper right corner of the map. You can find this parcel in Book 8, Page 84.
