A.        Call to Order

 

B.        Modification to the Agenda - The Carson City Hearing Examiner reserves the right to take items in a different order to accomplish business in the most efficient manner.

 Public Comment

Members of the public who wish to address the Hearing Examiner may speak on matters related to the Administrative Permit Review process, which are not on this agenda. Comments are limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion, please request the Hearing Examiner to calendar the matter for a future Administrative Permit Review meeting.

D-1      ADM-16-034 For Possible Action: To consider an Administrative Permit application from property owner John M. Drown (agent: Manhard Consulting, Keith Shaffer) to allow an accessory structure to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the primary structure, on property zoned Single Family 1 Acre (SF1A), located at 4200 Louise Dr., APN 008-113-07. Late Material

SummaryThe applicant is requesting to construct a 1,800 square foot detached shop/storage/garage building on the subject property which will be 73.17% of the size of the primary structure. An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of the accessory structure to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure.

D-2      ADM-16-042 For Possible Action: To consider an Administrative Permit application from property owner David Barrett to allow accessory structure to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the primary structure on property zoned Single Family 1 Acre (SF1A), located at 1770 Pinion Hills Dr., APN 010-095-05.

Summary: The applicant is requesting to construct a 1,300 square foot detached shop/storage/garage building on the subject property which will be 74.72% of the size of the primary structure.  An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of the accessory structure to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure.
