A. Call to Order

B. Modification to the Agenda - The Carson City Hearing Examiner reserves the right to take items out of order, remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

C. Public Comment**
Members of the public who wish to address the Hearing Examiner may speak on matters related to the Administrative Permit Review process, which are not on this agenda. Comments are limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion, please request the Hearing Examiner to calendar the matter for a future Administrative Permit Review meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under public comment unless the item has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

D-1 ADM-17-038 For Possible Action: To consider an Administrative Permit application from Martin Cloud (Property Owner) to allow accessory structures to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the primary structure, on property zoned Single Family 1 Acre (SF1A), located at 4067 Hillview Dr, APN 010-181-03. (Kathe Green) Late Material

Summary: The applicant is requesting to construct a 792 square foot detached shop/storage/garage building on the subject property. This building would be in addition to another detached accessory structure on the site. The cumulative square footage of accessory buildings would be 1,080 square feet, or 67.5% of the size of the primary structure. An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of the accessory structures to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure.
