ADM-19-007 For Possible Action: To consider an Administrative Permit application to allow a detached building which exceeds 50% but not 75% of the size of the primary structure. Subject property is zoned Single Family 1 Acre, located at 745 Arrowhead Drive, APN 008-107-01. (Kathe Green, email@example.com)
Summary: The applicant is requesting to construct a 2,400 square foot detached metal garage/storage/shop building which will be 70% of the size of the primary structure. An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of accessory structures to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure.
