Public Meetings and Public Records Division
The Public Meetings and Public Records Division is under Carson City Clerk - Recorder William "Scott" Hoen and is located at the Courthouse, 885 East Musser Street, Suite 1032, Carson City, Nevada.
The Public Meetings and Public Records Department is responsible for the creation and maintenance of accurate, accessible, and permanent records of the meetings of the Carson City Board of Supervisors and other boards, commissions, and committees, either authorized by statute or created by and advisory to the Board of Supervisors.
The Carson City Clerk is responsible for the management and preservation of Carson City's public records on any and all media, including paper, microfilm, magnetic tape, punched cards, maps and drawings.
